Charlies Angel's screen writer hurt by Jessica
Jessica Alba isn't known for her on-screen dialogue and maybe there's a reason for that. The "Machete" star recently raised Hollywood's hackles when she told Elle Magazine that good actors "never use the script unless it's amazing writing."
"All the good actors I've worked with, they all say whatever they want to say," the 29-year-old actress told the women's magazine. That may explain why Alba spends the majority of her time on the big screen wearing skimpy clothes and speaking gibberish in films like "The Love Guru" and "Honey."
In a blog post entitled "Oh, Jessica," screenwriter John August ("Big Fish," "Charlie's Angels," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"), explained to Alba why she should stick to the PR script at least."Following your logic, you've never been in a movie with both good actors and amazing writing," he wrote. "That may be true, but it might hurt the feelings of David Wain, Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller."
August added that the "Sin City" star may have also alienated a slew of her fellow actors, including Mickey Rourke, Bruce Willis and the new Captain America, Chris Evans."You’re saying your co-stars who delivered their lines as written are not "good actors." Awkward," he wrote
August told Alba that it was "pretty terrible advice" to tell an aspiring actor to choose their own words on set."Screenwriters can be your best friends," he concluded. "So if you're not getting great writing -- and honestly, you're not -- ask to have lunch with the screenwriter. I've seen you on interviews. You're charming. That charm could work wonders."

Lindsay could lose her porn star role!
When Lindsay Lohan was sent to prison in July, movie bosses were insistent that no matter what happened, she would still be cast in the starring role of porn star Linda Lovelace, in a film about the adult star’s life. When Lindsay Lohan was subsequently sent to rehab, movie bosses were still behind her, insisting that she would be playing porn star Linda Lovelace in a film about her life. But what are they saying now?
Well, Director Matthew Wilder has told RadarOnline that, “You know we have been through a lot with this project, and although she is still our number one choice, we do have a Plan B if she cannot film Inferno.”
Oh. Not such good news for poor old Lindsay Lohan, given that the 24-year-old actress has been ordered by a judge to stay in rehab at the Betty Ford Clinic until at least January 3rd.
Does that mean it’s likely that Lindsay Lohan will be staying for an extended period in rehab? Or should we look at this as simply a case of Inferno’s director wanting to push the project along? Either way, losing work isn’t something that’s going to be cheering Li-Lo up as she pushes on through cold turkey…
